The Opportunity

This is a key role within our organization, supporting the delivery of government and non-government funded training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and monitor progression of trainees across various clients;
  • Administrate the entire traineeship lifecycle from enrolment to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time;
  • Represent our organization at client meetings and sites as required;
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on traineeship progression and milestones achieved;
  • Collaborate with our Operations Scheduler to schedule trainee training sessions;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ASQA and DESBT/DTET;
  • Review and maintain best practice assessment processes for each site;
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN PARTNERSHIPS WITH GOVERNMENT, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS TO SUPPORT TRAINING PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES;
  • Stay up-to-date with government funded programs and initiatives;
  • Maintain accurate and complete administration processes and record-keeping obligations.

The Person

We are seeking an organized individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. As a highly efficient professional, you will manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential;
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

It would be advantageous if you had prior experience in a similar role, knowledge of compliance requirements and experience working with training system databases.
