We are currently seeking a talented and skilled Bartender to join our Food and Beverage team.
">The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and working in a bar as a Mixologist. They will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day operations of the bar, including making Melbourne's best-tasting cocktails and creating connections with guests.
">Some key responsibilities of this role include:
">Cocktail and beverage production
">Providing personalised and outstanding service to all guests
">Opening, set up and closing of the outlet per shift
">Handling all guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
">Setting, clearing and resetting designated working areas
">Understanding food safety procedures and maintaining high standards
