Job Title:

Pricing Analyst - Cost Optimisation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to support our business in Melbourne, Australia. Reporting to the Head of Pricing, you will play a key role in analysing pricing data and delivering customised pricing solutions to inform customer contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive improved business performance through pricing elements of customer contracts for various teams.
  • Develop value-based pricing strategies across the business.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure profitable contracts.
  • Establish current and future costs for assessing customer contract profitability.
  • Exercise delegations for approval of pricing levels and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Mathematics.
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large volumes of data.
  • Knowledge of yield management, profitability modelling and product performance analysis techniques.
