Bartender/Bar Staff/Cocktail

We are currently seeking an experienced bartender/bar staff member to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our patrons and contributing to the success of our establishment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
  • Stay up-to-date with new cocktail trends, recipes, and techniques to enhance your skills and contribute to menu development.

Requirements:

  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Previous experience in bartending or a related role (minimum 2 years).
  • Availability to work Fri/Sat evenings, with flexibility to accommodate rotating shifts.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
