Job Overview">

This is a business partnering opportunity where you will play a key role in helping us drive meaningful change and improve our workplace health and safety standards.

You will work closely with frontline leaders to guide them on proactive WHSE coaching and capability-building across our operational teams. You will also support critical risk reduction initiatives, conduct thorough incident investigations, and implement preventative action planning.

  • Ensuring alignment with CSR's SH&E Management System and legislative requirements">
  • Collaborating with line managers, HSRs, and site-based leaders">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Proven HSE experience in high-risk environments (manufacturing, logistics preferred)">
  • Strong experience with machinery safety, risk assessments, and health & hygiene monitoring">
  • Practical investigation skills and a systems-savvy mindset">
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills – from the floor to the leadership team">
  • Qualifications in Work Health & Safety (Certificate IV, Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree)">
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment and/or Return-to-Work Coordination – highly regarded">
