Mining Operations Specialist

About This Role
">This role involves taking control of a twin-arm Jumbo and driving underground development. It's about precision, safety, and teamwork. You'll be a key player in our underground mining crew, helping us hit production targets and keep things running smoothly.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Install ground support per the Ground Control Management Plan
- Bore development excavation profiles to spec
- Install and maintain underground services
- Support charge-up and other development tasks
- Communicate across shifts and ensure high-quality work
- Lead by example in safety and environmental awareness
What We're Looking For
">You're experienced, safety-focused, and mechanically savvy. You know your way around underground mining and thrive in a team environment.
">Requirements
">- Valid manual driver's licence
- Minimum 7 years' underground mining experience
- Strong knowledge of mine services and safe work procedures
- Solid communication and observation skills
- Familiarity with JSA systems
- Mechanical aptitude
- Supervisory experience (a bonus)
