Key Responsibilities
  • Perform phlebotomy tasks with precision and care.
  • Efficiently label and dispatch specimens.
  • Maintain pathology stock levels.
  • Coordinate appointments for clients, ensuring compliance with KPIs and contracted program inclusions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing and record keeping.
  • Handle phone calls and emails, responding to client inquiries with a warm and inviting manner.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Organise medical records filing and screening.
  • Facilitate timely completion of client medical reports.
  • Support management with various tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Pathology Collection role.
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients and professionals.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Prior office experience in a professional setting.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Immaculate personal presentation.
