Lead Educator Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to lead a team and create a safe, fun, and compliant program for children in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC). As the Lead Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Fostering genuine relationships with children and their families.
  • Leading and rostering a passionate team of educators.
  • Managing service compliance and medical documentation.

You will enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day. Your strong problem-solving skills, confident communication style, and can-do attitude make you an ideal candidate for this role.

The successful candidate will have a natural leadership ability, passion for teaching children, strong organizational skills, and excellent time management skills.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs that meet the needs of children in OSHC. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results and provide exceptional care and education to children.
