Job Title: Chairside Dental Support Specialist

The ForHealth Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Casual Chairside Dental Support Specialist to join our dental team in Beenleigh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and chairside dental assistance in a variety of dental procedures.
  • Deliver high-quality dental care and excellent customer service.
  • Perform instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures with precision and accuracy.
  • Offer advice and guidance to patients on their care and treatment plans.
  • Maintain effective professional working relationships with team members, patients, and medical staff.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures at all times.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to telephone calls and enquiries.
  • Manage patient bookings and administrative tasks efficiently.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that invests in employee training and development.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a chairside dental assistant is highly desirable.
  • Availability to work on weekends is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
  • Certification in Dental Assisting (Cert III) and/or several years of dental assisting experience are preferred but not mandatory.
