Dynamic Urologist

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the urology department. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• This position involves working as part of a dynamic team to provide comprehensive urology services to patients.
• You will be required to conduct ward rounds, assess patients, and develop treatment plans.
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality assurance processes are essential aspects of this role.

1. Conduct regular ward rounds to facilitate efficient patient flows and meet treatment objectives.
2. See and advise on patients referred by other departments within a timeframe appropriate to the clinical circumstances.
3. Maintain comprehensive and accurate records for all patients seen.
4. Ensure discharge summaries are completed by the team, ideally at time of discharge but otherwise within 24 hours.
5. Contribute to the departmental clinical quality assurance system through regular clinical audit and review of patient care.
