Pool Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled Pool Attendant to join our team at the state-of-the-art Aquatic & Recreation Centre in Rosebud. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

• Maintain a high level of customer service excellence, responding promptly to patron inquiries and providing exceptional support.
• Ensure compliance with aquatic safety standards, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on interpersonal relationships.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Certified Pool Lifeguard (Current) is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 25kg and participate in emergency response situations.
