About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as Peak Trade Casuals. As a Peak Trade Casual, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales team during the peak trading period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service and support to customers in-store and over the phone
  • Assisting with sales and promoting products to customers
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Supporting with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads
