Grounds Maintenance Specialist

Key role for our maintenance team is to maintain gardens and properties.
The applicant will be responsible for the upkeep of grounds and residence on 3 separate properties in Coomera. Key equipment includes front deck mowers, mid mowers, brush cutters, and chain saws. In addition to these, knowledge of irrigation systems, basic carpentry skills, and handy-man skills are required.
As a part-time or permanent employee, you can expect to work between 16-20 hours per week. Schedules include Monday to Friday only with no weekend duties. We also provide competitive hourly rates ranging from $35-$45 per hour.
Applicants must have relevant experience of at least 3 years in this field and possess a valid Australian Work Authorisation. The location of this job requires an in-person presence.
