Job Role:

The Assembly Foreperson will lead and mentor the assembly team to ensure high-quality fit-outs for the mining and transport industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and mentoring the assembly team
  • Managing workflow and meeting deadlines in a safe and disciplined manner
  • Promoting a clean and hazard-free work environment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve assembly build issues
  • Supporting the team in assembling, servicing, and repairing equipment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in mechanical or assembly works
  • Previous leadership experience and training
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, PTO systems, and trailer electrical systems
  • HR Drivers License (desirable) and current LF forklift license or willingness to obtain one
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, organised approach
