Training Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Lead to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners. You will work closely with our maintenance teams to develop and deliver training that is relevant and effective.

You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining our learning management system, ensuring that all training records are up-to-date and accurate.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our staff
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Manage and maintain our learning management system
  • Ensure all training records are up-to-date and accurate
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Education or related field
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or able to obtain within 6 months)
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Organizational and time management skills
