This is a dynamic opportunity for a Night Fill Manager who will lead the night fill team to ensure efficient stock receipt, storage, and replenishment of merchandise in our stores. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with strong communication skills and a track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.

You will have the autonomy to manage your team effectively, delegate tasks and set priorities to meet deadlines and drive results. Your focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency will help us maintain our high standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires someone who is adaptable, flexible, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to communicate clearly and assertively with your team and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
