Operations Support Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small patch of centres across Perth metropolitan area
  • Work alongside Centre Directors and teams to uphold the Green Leaves Commitments
  • Ensure compliance and performance with Education and Care national regulations, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Bring vision for excellence and continuous improvement to our operations
  • Drive high performance and accountability for results within centres
  • Share knowledge and experience for the betterment of teams
  • Lead and support on the opening of new centres across Perth
  • Develop, facilitate, and deliver training across the group
  • Contribute to and build a positive reputation for Green Leaves in the market
  • Actively network with internal stakeholders and external bodies within the sector
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • At least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • A strong understanding of Regulations/Legislations, including state variations, plus Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Strong leadership and commercial experience, with experience managing a group of Centre Directors highly desirable
  • Proven experience and ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • The ability to stay calm and considered in the face of challenges
  • High standards and a focus on excellence
  • A professional standard of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to self-manage time with broad and conflicting priorities
  • A relationships focus
  • Strong computer skills and systems knowledge across systems including Qikkids, CCSS, and ISS
