Job Opportunity:

The Relocations Consultant role involves ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements.

This includes conducting site visits to customers' residences to assess the scope of the removal service.

The position is based in Wagga, with occasional travel required between Albury/Wodonga and Canberra.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong relationships with Providers and establishing mechanisms for review and feedback.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of contractual documentation relating to RS Providers, including Deed of Agreement and Statement of Requirements.
  • Reporting Provider WHS incidents and participating in safety discussions with relevant Managers.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and promoting safe practices among Providers.
  • Understanding client culture and responding promptly to service delivery issues.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Relocations industry experience (desirable).
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal).
  • A current C-class driver's license.
  • Demonstrated initiative, a strong desire to achieve results, and a professional work ethic.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
