Bradnam's Windows and Doors is on the lookout for a talented and knowledgeable Estimator to assist us in achieving accuracy and success in our projects, whether in the manufacturing facility or on-site. Our team is currently seeking an experienced Residential Cost Estimator.
Role OverviewAt Bradnam's Windows and Doors, we are excited to offer a position for a Residential Cost Estimator where you will:
- Interpret and apply building regulations and relevant standards effectively.
- Stay informed about current building codes and associated standards.
- Continuously enhance your understanding of Bradnam's products and provide relevant product information to our clients.
We will equip you with the necessary product-specific training to ensure your success in this role. Your previous experience will contribute the following skills and qualifications:
- Ability to read and analyze architectural plans and determine product requirements, ensuring compliance and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of applicable building codes and standards, with the ability to apply them appropriately.
- Excellent communication skills, with a genuine focus on customer service.
- Enjoyment of teamwork while also being capable of working independently.
- A positive approach to tasks, demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices.
