Key Responsibilities:
- Provide domestic support to clients, including cleaning, meal preparation, and linen services.
- Assist clients with daily activities, such as transportation to appointments and engaging in social activities.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
