We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Operations business in Perth CBD. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our services and products.
Key Responsibilities- Provide QA/QC expertise for design and execution of work-scope on various projects
- Review and assess QA/QC requirements of tenders and contract documentation
- Review and approval of Supplier Inspection and Test Plans meeting project requirements
- Liaise with client quality personnel on project quality activities
- Evaluate potential suppliers and sub-contractors
- Review, coordinate, monitor and supervise Quality Plans submitted to the project from suppliers
- Assist with the development of corrective actions, their implementation and monitoring for effectiveness
- Supervise and conduct quality capability assessment of vendors/subcontractors as required
- Full Australian work rights
- Suitably qualified (Technical Diploma or Business/Commerce/Engineering Degree) from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in a similar role
- Understanding of QA/QC principles and objectives
- Proven experience in QC review of supplier documentation for compliance
- Proven experience in internal and external auditing with knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation
- Excellent knowledge of ISO complemented by experience successfully implementing ISO Frameworks in a training environment
- Excellent analytical, literacy and numerical skills
- Excellent communication skills with proven experience in client-facing roles
- Well-developed computer skills and knowledge of relevant software packages
- A 'solutions mindset' and able to manage varying tasks with often changing and competing priorities
