Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our Better Data team. The successful candidate will lead the design and build of data pipelines that underpin our analytics products. They will ensure these pipelines are tested, performant, and observable. Additionally, they will collaborate with stakeholders to responsibly manage our data in line with our privacy, security, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Redshift.
  • Skills in modelling and querying data in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tooling including DBT and Airflow.
  • Desirable but not essential - experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code, ideally within AWS cloud.
  • Familiarity with AWS' data tools, including Athena, Glue, SageMaker, EMR.
