Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the optimisation of our websites and SEO/SEM strategies. This role will be responsible for ensuring our online presence reflects current industry standards, supports seamless user experiences, and implements strategies to strengthen paid and organic traffic, generate leads, and maximise ROI.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Identify and evaluate new lead generation channels and tactics to expand the reach and effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
  • Partner and engage with digital media agency to develop and execute lead acquisition strategy across all digital channels (SEM, SEO, video, display and social) to meet business targets.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices, including optimisation of website structure to ensure functionality/user experience, code, sitemaps, page speed and performance.
  • Proactively implement test & learn strategies to improve user experience and acquisition metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or similar, and at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, within the interior design industry and/or B2B dealer network is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain the company's websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and provide an optimal user experience.
  2. Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase engagement, conversion rates, and revenue.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to foster innovative digital solutions and execute key marketing strategic initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with digital media agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships.
What You'll Need
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • A high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
