The Grange P-12 College offers a unique learning experience for students from Prep to Year 12. Our college is characterised by a strong sense of community and a commitment to academic excellence.
Our teachers are dedicated professionals who work collaboratively with parents and carers to ensure that every student reaches their full potential. They use evidence-based teaching practices to deliver engaging and challenging learning programs that cater for the needs of all students.
We have a range of programs in place to support student learning, including literacy and numeracy intervention programs, as well as targeted support for students with disabilities and those who require extra assistance.
In addition to our academic programs, we also offer a range of extracurricular activities that promote socialisation, teamwork and leadership skills. These include sports teams, music groups and debating clubs.
Our school has a strong focus on student wellbeing and we provide a range of programs and services to support the physical, emotional and social needs of our students. These include counseling, mentoring and peer support programs.

Some of the key selection criteria for this role include:
SC1: Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum, including the capacity to incorporate the teaching of literacy and numeracy skills.
SC2: Demonstrated capacity to implement high impact teaching strategies, guided by how students learn, and evaluate the impact of learning and teaching programs on student learning growth.
SC3: Demonstrated capacity to monitor and assess student learning, and to use data to inform teaching practice and to provide feedback on student learning growth and achievement to students and parents.
SC4: Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues and the broader school community to support student learning, wellbeing and engagement.
SC5: Demonstrated behaviours and attitudes consistent with Department values, and demonstrated capacity to reflect upon practice and engage in professional learning to continually improve the quality of teaching.
