Job Title: Peak Performance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Peak Performance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our colleagues have the necessary tools and resources to operate at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to IT-related issues reported by colleagues in a timely and effective manner
- Prioritize and resolve issues, escalating them to senior resources as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Document all relevant information and steps taken while resolving problems
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve knowledge and processes through online resources and collaboration with teammates

Requirements:
  • Customer service enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional support
    - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in complex IT environments
    - Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to form close, trusting relationships with colleagues
    - Willingness to continuously learn and grow, with a desire to improve personal and team performance
    - Experience with Windows 10 and macOS troubleshooting, as well as Microsoft Office and Active Directory management
    - Familiarity with PowerShell and experience working in Windows Server 2012 and 2016
