Requirements:

  • Finance-focused background with relevant work experience in revenue cycle, billing, and/or collections.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
  • Experience in third-party medical billing and familiarity with basic medical and insurance terminology are advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Fluent in English and preferably in German, both written and spoken; any further languages are beneficial.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in an accounting environment.
