The Role:
We have a casual cleaning position at Caloundra Shopping Centre. If you have commercial or retail cleaning experience, consider this role and make a difference.
This position follows the Cleaning Services Award guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present yourself well, be proactive and able to work independently.
- Prior commercial or retail cleaning experience preferred, with on-the-job training provided.
- Familiarity with chemical handling procedures and proper cleaning techniques (or willingness to learn).
- Experience with cleaning machinery (scrubbing, buffing, car park sweeper) an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of and commitment to safe working practices.
- Physically fit to carry out standard duties and able to walk for lengthy periods.
- Good listening skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to communicate in verbal and written English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and public holidays.
- Must have valid work rights in Australia.
