We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian to join our team.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that will see you working closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality patient care.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our patients are met, and that they receive the best possible care.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor or postgraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics, and will be eligible for full membership of the relevant professional body.

Experience in aged care, rehabilitation, and palliative care would be highly regarded, as would a strong understanding of quality improvement principles and practices.

You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans, and will be responsible for communicating complex information to patients and their families in a clear and concise manner.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
