The Role- Manage client care schedules to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Address scheduling conflicts or issues professionally and promptly
- Action and document phone calls and communications related to career scheduling
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of our scheduling process
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Previous experience in scheduling/rostering within the Age Care industry (desired)
- Intermediate computer literacy in using Microsoft Office programs and online systems
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to prioritize tasks efficiently with high attention to detail
