Lift Maintenance and Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lift Maintenance and Installation Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our installation and maintenance team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation, modernization, and repair of lifts, escalators, and travellators.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and modernize lifts, escalators, and travellators according to specifications and procedures.
  • Maintain high safety and environmental standards throughout all work activities.
  • Ensure timely completion of defects identified during service or handover inspections.
  • Attend customer handover inspections and provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Possess some mechanical or electrical background/experience.
  • Have experience in the elevator industry and proven ability to work safely as part of a team or independently.
  • Experience in adjustment/commissioning work would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solutions-oriented, independent, and well-organized.
  • Able to travel within the region and work unsupervised.
  • Ability to perform knowledge transfer on information and skills through training.
