Your Role and Responsibilities

As a graduate, you will contribute to areas including:

  • Urban Planning
  • Environment & Sustainability
  • Integrated Infrastructure
  • Project Delivery
  • Asset Management

You will collaborate with City Operations, City Futures, and City Administration functional groups.

About You

We are looking for recent graduates or those completing their degree by February 2026 in Engineering or Planning disciplines.

  • Engineering degrees may include civil, coastal, drainage, mechanical, environmental, structural, electrical, project management, or mechatronic fields.
  • Planning degrees may include town planning, urban planning, urban design, urban development, architecture, or transport planning.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, motivation, and ability to work well in a team are essential.
  • You should align with our corporate values of Service, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, and Sustainability.
  • You must be willing and able to work from Strathpine, Caboolture, or Narangba Depot locations.

  • A starting salary of AUD79,563 per annum plus 12% superannuation, progressing annually.
  • A full-time, 72.5-hour fortnight schedule (Monday to Friday).
