Job Title: Creative Director
This is a key opportunity to shape the creative direction of our womenswear department within a dynamic brand. As a Senior Designer specialising in dresses, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-impact evening and occasionwear.
Main Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing innovative womenswear dresses with an emphasis on trend-driven designs.
- Collaborating with our creative team to ensure brand consistency across multiple categories.
- Researching current fashion trends and incorporating them into our designs.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
Person Specifications:
- Previous experience designing womenswear, ideally with a focus on dresses or occasionwear.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding targets.
- Strong sketching and technical skills, with excellent understanding of fabric and construction techniques.
