**Your Role in Resident Care**

See each resident as an individual, helping them make choices and maintain their independence through supportive care.

Assist residents throughout the day, identifying changes in preferences, needs, or wellbeing, and seeking assistance if required.

Support residents with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and oral care, promoting their dignity and comfort.

Provide social and emotional support to residents, engaging in lifestyle activities that enhance their quality of life.

Keep residents mobile and assist with meal delivery and service, which are key aspects of your role.

Complete incident reports, care documentation, and participate in Work Health Safety programs, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service and make a positive impact on our community.

**What We're Looking For**

A commitment to providing high-quality care and supporting residents to achieve their goals and meet their needs.

Cert III or higher in Individual Support or related studies, such as nursing, is essential for this role.

Experience in a personal care role in Aged Care is desirable, but not mandatory.

We encourage applicants with relevant qualifications and a passion for delivering excellent care to apply.
