Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager

Job Description: As a key member of our global logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to support customers in sea freight with holistic solutions, promoting long-term partnerships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, preparing offers, and controlling order processing from acceptance to shipment completion.
  • Integrate and maintain accurate customer data, create reports for service analysis, and optimize operations to meet business objectives.
  • Closely cooperate with operational departments, sales, and carriers to expand customer portfolios and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Focus on delivering high-quality customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through proactive communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Own, monitor, and drive all sales activities to ensure best-in-class customer onboarding and maximize revenue growth.
  • Ensure close cooperation with the Operational Care Center (OCC) and Revenue Care Center (RCC) to optimize customer experiences and meet financial targets.
  • Prioritize customer complaint management and resolve issues efficiently to maintain customer trust and loyalty.
