Housekeeping Team Member

A role as a Housekeeping Team Member is available at our resort, offering a serene atmosphere and self-contained apartments.

About the Position

This position plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms. The ideal candidate will be diligent and pay attention to detail to ensure an excellent experience for our guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Clean all areas of guest rooms thoroughly, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.
  • Maintain high standards by working within established guidelines.
  • Organise and restock housekeeping trolleys to ensure they are well-equipped.
  • Use cleaning materials efficiently and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.
  • Respect guest privacy and security.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or in a related field.
  • A warm and welcoming communication style that makes guests feel at home.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
  • Ability to navigate between rooms using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
