This role is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of hotel room management are handled professionally and efficiently. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing check-in and check-out procedures, including confirming reservations and issuing room keys
  • Ensuring that all rooms are clean and tidy, and that any maintenance or repair issues are addressed promptly
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues they may have
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure that all aspects of the hotel's operations are running smoothly

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
