Residential Services Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring top-quality care for residents while fostering a culture of values-based, person-centered care.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of nurses, personal carers, and support staff, providing coaching and direction to help them succeed. As a Residential Services Manager, you will be responsible for upholding high standards of quality and compliance through best-practice clinical care and audit activities.
- Uphold high standards of quality and compliance through best-practice clinical care and audit activities
- Ensure financial sustainability by driving community engagement, overseeing property maintenance, and managing hospitality and lifestyle programs
- Lead a team of nurses, personal carers, and support staff, providing coaching and direction to help them succeed
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in coordinating care within a large team
- Confidence in managing conflict, handling competing priorities, and providing leadership and mentorship to team members
