About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Health and Community Recruitment. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in connecting passionate health talent with the best opportunities in the Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical injuries and workplace environments to identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with employers, employees, insurance companies, and other health professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Make referrals to external clinicians as needed to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Develop and implement effective case management plans to achieve successful return-to-work outcomes.

- A competitive salary between $80,000 and $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
