Key Role: Retail Operations Manager

This role is responsible for leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, staff management and performance metrics to achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operational functions at the service station.
  • Recruit, train and supervise store staff to foster a productive and motivated team.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage orders and ensure optimal product availability.
  • Develop sales strategies, including promotions and special offers, to drive revenue growth.
  • E nsure adherence to workplace health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • AQF Associate Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar retail role.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments.
