Laying Asphalt
  • Raking and spreading hot asphalt evenly after its poured from the truck or paving machine.
  • Assisting the paving machine operator.
  • Making sure edges, joins, and corners are neat and smooth.
Compaction Work
  • Operating or assisting with plate compactors, rollers, or hand tampers to compress the asphalt.
  • Ensuring a smooth and durable surface by eliminating air pockets or weak spots.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Asbestos and Silica awareness.
  • Driver's Licence.
  • Experience in Asphalt.
  • HR Driver's Licence.
  • Operating Experience.
