This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company as a HSE Systems Administrator, where you will play a critical role in the administration and support of HSE and sustainability systems portfolio.

About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring that our HSE systems are functional, user-friendly, integrated, and compliant with internal standards and client-specific requirements. This will involve administering HSE document control processes using platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and other designated systems, monitoring system data quality, and developing automated reporting dashboards to support data trend insights and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering HSE document control processes using various platforms.
  • Monitoring system data quality and developing automated reporting dashboards to support data trend insights and performance tracking.
  • Managing the configuration, user access, support, and administration of core HSE systems.
  • Supporting projects with sustainability reporting requirements and monthly work hours reporting.
  • Coordinating upgrades, testing, and change management for HSE platforms.
  • Assisting in the integration of digital systems, training, and communication tools.
  • Supporting the rollout of training by managing scheduling, tracking completions, and maintaining records.
  • Administering communication plans and digital content related to safety leadership and learning culture initiatives.
  • Maintaining and updating risk registers in collaboration with HSE personnel.
  • Supporting simplification of frontline tools through digital workflows.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced candidate who has a strong background in HSE or systems administration roles within a similar industry. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and be able to coach and support teams.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in configuring and administering platforms such as Enablon, Pegasus/Beacon, Chemalert, i2i, Smart Start, and similar.
  • Proven experience supporting large teams with digital safety tools and training scheduling and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of document control processes and digital workflows.
  • Familiarity with systems integration, database structure, and user provisioning best practice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) with strong digital literacy for reporting, documentation, and collaboration.
