Operations Team Member Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Team Member to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering effective store administration, cash handling, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. They will also have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Administration: Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures.
  • Cash Handling: Cash handling and banking integrity, tendering transactions, systems access and data integrity.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and queries as required, improve sales skills and product knowledge through online platforms and development opportunities.
