We are seeking an individual to provide person-centred care duties in a residential aged care setting.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to facilitate positive health and well-being options for individuals, their families, and carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provision of a wide range of person-centred care duties including assistance with medication (if assessed as competent) and wound dressing
  • Assistance in daily living activities
  • Working with each resident to continue doing the things they love

Requirements
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or working towards)
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • A desire and willingness to empower residents to continue doing the things they love
  • Care skills driven by compassion
  • Experience in Aged Care desirable
  • Team player who is highly motivated
  • Availability to work various shifts across various days
