We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer/Assessor to join our team at Competency Training. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and developing high-quality training programs to customers in accordance with relevant company policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver nationally recognized qualifications and training programs
- Contribute to the development of programs and resource materials
- Participate in moderation and validation activities
- Provide ongoing support to learners
To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for training and working with learners, employers, and industry stakeholders. You will have a strong background in the construction, mining, and energy sectors, with experience in delivering training and assessment programs. You will also have excellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Mandatory Requirements:- Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116, or TAE40110) or a Diploma in TAE
- Currency and experience in the sector to be delivered
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in supporting learners with literacy and numeracy challenges
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
