The Opportunity
This Case Manager role supports relocation initiatives for ADF Members & their families, requiring excellent case management, policy compliance, advocacy, and escalation resolution skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering a high-quality relocation experience through effective coordination and stakeholder management.
Administering Defence relocation policy & entitlements to ensure benefits and entitlements align with policy and client KPIs.
Providing routine assistance via phone and email.
About You
Experience in case management, preferably in global mobility, assignment management, insurance, or travel.
Ability to interpret policy and legislation.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Microsoft application proficiency.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
