Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage resources, ensure project delivery, and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have excellent contractual and technical skills, with the ability to interpret works contracts, specifications, and technical information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage resources to ensure project delivery and adherence to deadlines and financial targets
  • Administer works contracts, notices, and correspondence
  • Develop and maintain project financial budgets and forecasts
  • Negotiate and settle variations with clients
  • Monitor project progress and submit notices as required
  • Prepare and update project documentation, including installation programs and financial reports
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers
Requirements
  • Current Open Electrical License
  • OHS Cert IV (preferred)
  • Cablers Licence (preferred)
  • Construction Industry General Safety Induction
  • Drivers Licence
  • Demonstrated experience in the electrical and communications contracting industry
  • Demonstrated experience in project management of electrical and communications projects
  • Demonstrated advanced production control and reporting skills
