We seek a skilled and experienced bread artisan to join our team. As a master baker, you will be responsible for crafting a wide variety of hand-shaped sourdoughs, baguettes, croissants, and other specialty bread products.

  • Essential qualifications include:
  • A passion for baking with high-quality ingredients and a commitment to producing consistently delicious bread.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team is crucial.
  • You must be able to monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to determine optimal baking times.
  • A keen eye for detail is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of equipment and premises before production runs.
  • Experience with hand-moulding doughs with high hydration levels is preferred.
  • Responsibilities will also include coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning, and cooling of batches of bread, rolls, and pastry products.
