Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at 16 Antlers Rooftop Bar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, friendly, and professional service is provided to all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the Food and Beverage team to ensure venue standards are upheld.
  • Set up procedures to protect and maintain bar service equipment, correctly recording breakages and carry out regular stocktaking.
  • Maintain effective communication with the team in regards to upcoming events and venue requirements.
  • Ensure all mise-en-place is completed prior to guests' arrival.
  • Set up, pack down, and coordination of events on the day when required.
  • Proactively creating unique experiences tailored to the Clients and Guests.
  • Handle any escalated complaints to a positive outcome.
  • Be knowledgeable of and operate within the outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
Requirements
  • Experienced working in a similar environment.
  • Proven ability in building and sustaining team cohesion and development.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cocktails, Wines, and Spirits.
  • Valid QLD RSA.
  • A friendly personality and a high standard of personal presentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Physically fit.
