As Senior Site Reliability Engineers at Blinq, you'll lead the evolution of our infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability underpinning the performance of our platform. You'll collaborate closely with existing SRE and platform engineers to design resilient systems, automate deployment processes, and refine monitoring and incident response approaches.

Your responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure, defining and tracking service level objectives (SLOs), and leading cross-functional initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and identify systemic risks. You will also champion best practices for fault tolerance, security, and performance across the engineering team.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring extensive experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering, with a deep understanding of distributed systems. Your expertise should include scaling systems in production environments, monitoring, logging, and alerting systems, CI/CD systems, containerization, and cloud infrastructure. A collaborative mindset, strong ownership, and continuous improvement drive are essential qualities for this position.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems
  • Expertise in scaling systems in production environments
  • Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
  • Experience with CI/CD systems
  • Proficiency in containerization and cloud infrastructure
