Job Title: Full Time Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and innovative leader to join our team of Candy Connoisseurs. The successful candidate will have a solution-oriented approach, be physically fit, and bring a positive energy to our candy wonderland.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of store staff
  • Manage inventory and stock control
  • Assist with customer service and sales
  • Work collaboratively with other departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Shift Supervisor
  • Valid Australian driver's license
  • Customer service experience
  • Able to work 5 days per week, including one weekend shift
